On Saturday, June 4, 2005, Ken McKenzie opened a new facility in the city of Long Beach, California. Several guests were invited to attend the gala including Mayor Beverly O'Neill.

The day was accented with live musicians, fine wine, delicious hors d’oeuvres and a ribbon cutting ceremony.
