Leone always had a great joy in her heart and embraced life. She was married for 51 years to her loving husband, Gardner P. Howe and raised her family in Garden Grove, California. She gave compassion and kindness to her family, friends and all who came to know her.
Leone cherished the many years she spent in Child Evangelism, Women’s Missionary Council and as a Vacation Bible School teacher. We will miss her strength and love and we will cherish the memories we shared with her always.
She is survived by her husband Gardner P. Howe; daughters, Gwen Kevington and Sheri Hyter (Brian); sons, Versal DeMoss (Roseanne), Gardner R. Howe; grandchildren, Krystle St. Claire, Kimberly Wilson (Dave), Ginger Elkins, NaTausha Harsch (Erik), Brittany Hyter, Ashley Hyter, Jeremy Hyter, Zachary Hyter, Tevi Graham (Chip), great-grandchildren, Drew Reynolds, Chase St. Claire, Caleb Harsch, Brynn DeMoss; brothers, Marvin DeVries; sisters, Ines Huard, Helen Warnke; and numerous extended family and friends.
