Gardner
Percy Howe
Born September 7, 1914 Riverside, California
Entered into Rest January 31, 2006, Newport Beach, California
Gardner
always enjoyed being with his family for special occasions. He was married
for 51 years to his loving wife, Leone L. Howe. He raised his family in
a home that he built in Garden Grove, California. He always had a smile,
a sparkle in his eyes and a loving pat on the head, saying, “There’s
a good kid.”
Gardner
enjoyed reading and playing the piano. He also enjoyed outdoor activities
such as boating, camping, fishing and hiking. He was in the movie “Mutiny
on the Bounty” with Clarke Gable; he helped build Disneyland and
the Spruce Goose. He also worked for William Lyon Homes. We will miss
his strength and love and we will cherish the memories we shared with
him always.
